Growing Leaders – Raising Performance Training
The course is aimed at managers who as part of their role have to manage people, workplace processes and procedures while also meeting targets. Empower your managers to take a proactive approach to employee development and performance improvement. This course addresses a lot of key issues around people management, time management and workload as a busy manager. It is tailored to your organisation and to specific areas where improvements can be made to improve personal and organisational performance.
As part of the course, managers are asked to complete a performance management survey prior to attending. The survey feedback will be used to tailor the course to what needs to be addressed to ensure we are hitting the pain points of your managers and to help to find solutions to support them in their roles.
Performance Management worksheets will be provided along with the course presentation slides.
This course is delivered over 1.5 days.
- Day 1: Full day onsite in client premises
- Day 2: Half day session approximately 6 weeks after day 1 to see how things are going and to go through the course action plans from day 1.
