QQI Training Needs Identification and Design

Training Needs Identification & Design

Gain the knowledge, skills and competence to identify training and development needs and design and implement training programmes with our QQI Level 6 Training Needs Identification and Design course.

Delivered online through ZOOM, our 5-day Quality an Qualifications Ireland (QQI) Training Needs Identification and Design  course will help you to identify emerging skills or knowledge areas that might be relevant for training and development. On course completion you will have the learning and development skills to help and support individuals in their personal and professional growth. The overarching aim is to empower learners to enhance their capabilities and achieve their goals in a learning and development environment.

Identifying training and development needs typically involves a systematic process to determine the knowledge, skills, and competencies that individuals or teams require to perform effectively in their roles. It is an ongoing process. It should be revisited periodically to ensure that training programmes remain aligned with evolving organisational goals and individual development requirements.
