Vehicle Risk Assessments

Vehicle Risk Assessments

Are your company vehicles fit for purpose? Are they suitable for your employees?

A problem which can often occur is that an issue with the suitability of a vehicle to its task only manifests itself after delivery has taken place. We will conduct an independent Vehicle Risk Assessments and the required tasks and draft a report which will advise on the extent of any defects that are noted and the corrective action recommended. The report will contain the background to the subject, the effects and issues which have developed, using photographic and research analysis.

The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 includes the company vehicle as a place of work and states that ’every employer shall ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the safety, health and welfare at work of his or her employees’.

Who does this apply to?

Companies who feel that there are problems being raised by their drivers with their company vehicle and who wish to establish the extent, if any, of the problem.
